The Texas Ranger Association Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, Texas corporation organized in 1982 to support the active and retired Texas Rangers of the Texas Department of Public Safety. They strive to educate about the mission of the Texas Rangers, the most elite law enforcement in the state, and to keep alive the heritage of retired Rangers in order to enrich the Ranger history and legacy throughout generations.
The organization started as a grassroots movement with a small group of individuals interested in assisting the Texas Rangers. It quickly gained momentum; with the first 1,000 donors being designated as distinguished Patrons. Each gave between $750- $1,000 to establish the first endowment of $1,000,000. Located in Waco, our administrative offices are nestled just along the Brazos River in the Heart of Texas. The central location allows us to respond to the needs of Rangers and their families across this great state. |
